Sample Itinerary

THE ITINERARY

DAY 1 FRIDAY : Arrive Helsinki. (If originating from North America, you will have departed Thursday evening.) You'll be met by our efficient representatives, escorted through customs, and transferred privately to the KAMP Hotel. Frontiers have pre-arranged deluxe rooms at very attractive rates. Day at leisure. Independent dinner and overnight.

DAY 2 SATURDAY : After breakfast, you will be transferred from the hotel to the airport and assisted with check-in for the Finnair flight to Murmansk. Met on arrival. Assistance with customs, then helicopter flight to the Ryabaga camp. There is time to settle in before cocktails, orientation and welcoming dinner - and the opportunity to begin fishing the home pool this evening.

DAYS 3 - 8 SUNDAY -FRIDAY : Six full-days' fishing the Ponoi River and its tributaries.

DAY 9 SATURDAY : You will depart camp after an early breakfast, flying back to Murmansk, connecting with the Finnair flight to Helsinki, arriving about 1 p.m. This should permit you to make connections home today.
